I Love My LifeSource System & the Service I get

I love my LifeSource system and the service I get from rep Roxanne. Roxanne has been extremely helpful with the changing of my pre-filter. I’ve had the system since 2007 and even though it’s outdoors it works and even looks like new because I polish it when I wash my car!

After 12 years, my system is still functioning perfectly!

I have had a LifeSource water system in my house for over 12 years and my water still taste perfect! I recently had a LifeSource representative test my water for chlorine and other harmful things after my plumber told me that there was no way the system was still working after 12 years and that I should have it tested. I have had a LifeSource water system in my house for over 12 years and my water still taste perfect! I recently had a LifeSource representative test my water for chlorine and other harmful things after my plumber told me that there was no way the system was still working after 12 years and that I should have it tested.

I am very happy to report that after 12 years, my system is still functioning perfectly! We had everything checked out by LifeSource last week and have no chlorine or heavy metals in our water. I kind of suspected this since our water taste so good and leaves barely any corrosion around the faucets. In addition, I love that every drop of water in my house used for showers, brushing teeth and cooking is free of contaminants and heavy metals. Thanks again!

The service was fast and friendly

We asked to have a check of the system after we had a plumbing issue and the service was fast and friendly and no problems at all related to the LifeSource system. Can't Say Enough Great Things!

Our water is softer, but doesn't have that slimy "can't get the soap off" feeling. In fact, we felt like the water was more velvety, and that's an unexpected benefit. Pasadena water is VERY hard. I was just tired of cleaning the scale and calcium deposits off faucets, tiles, spots on glasses, etc. While I realize it may take up to 3 months to get the full benefit of our ScaleSolver on our old pipes and fixtures, I can already tell it's working. We were worried that the system would reduce our water pressure. While it may have reduced it a little bit, it's definitely worth it.

We also love our new system because our water tastes better, is clearer, and we know we are getting good pure water from every tap in the house. (Softer water without unhealthy salt--FABULOUS!). This is important in Pasadena because we have had buildup in our aerators lately. It's not supposed to be a health issue, but it's nice to know that now all our water is filtered.

Lastly, we REALLY like the people we worked with starting with Roger Rignack, our sales person, who was incredibly patient with all of our questions. We also appreciated that Robert and Luis came out with Roger for a pre-installation meeting and discussed all the options for where to put the tanks. But we especially are happy that Joe Hernandez installed our system. Luis was supposed to be here for our installation, but had to go to another job. We were initially a little concerned when only one guy came for the installation, but then Roger showed up and stayed for quite awhile. The more we watched and talked to Joe, the happier we were that he did our installation. It couldn't have worked out better. Joe was meticulous, knowledgeable, and careful. He also answered all of my questions, and left the area "clean as a whistle" before he left. What an asset to your company! He deserves a bonus.
We are VERY happy so far with LifeSource. We even had our neighbors over to show them the great work that Joe did.
