The Life Source representative made it easy to sign up. We already knew we wanted it because it came highly recommended from our local business owner at Grassroots in South Pasadena. The taste of the water is wonderful and now we can refill our portable bottles to use at work during the day when we aren’t home. In the long run, its not only good for our health, but for our environment and saves money. The service was professional and fast. Plus we like local!

My installer was Tommie and he was pleasant, on time, quick and clean. This is my second system, I had my first system installed back in 2001, it was 14 years old and worked great up until the end. I purchased a new system when I decided to get a ScaleSolver added on. -- Patty K.

Our system has only been installed for a week or so but it seems to be doing wonders for our hard water issues! I'm hopeful we will be happy with the extra cost of this more eco friendly, no salt, no maintenance system. Our installation experience left a little to be desired. Customer service can certainly be improves.

I had installed the Lifesource water system this morning. The staffs Tommie and Miguel call me before the appointment time and arrive earlier which I prefer to have it done earlier. They install the unit in a professional way and timely manner. I was completely satisfied and will highly recommend your company to all my friends. I learnt about the system from my neighbor, he has the system for 20 years and he was so happy about the water quality. I decided to replace my water softener with Life Source water systems. We've had our system for over month now. We have noticed a big difference from the hard water. Our dishes are cleaner, the water tastes better and we have noticed our skin and hair is softer. 1. David McMurray. David was our salesman. There are sooooo many systems out there…often when you call and inquire the salesperson will repeatedly call (bother) and try an aggressive sales approach; something that immediately turns me off. Not only that, through the whole process David was very patient (it took several months from initial contact to install), understanding, helpful (I asked a lot of questions, ranging from technical to financing options) and is just generally a very kind... read more

There are sooooo many systems out there…often when you call and inquire the salesperson will repeatedly call (bother) and try an aggressive sales approach; something that immediately turns me off. Not only that, through the whole process David was very patient (it took several months from initial contact to install), understanding, helpful (I asked a lot of questions, ranging from technical to financing options) and is just generally a very kind person to work with.
2. Made in the USA is important to me for this type of purchase, but most importantly what I was sold on regarding the equipment was that you engineer and manufacture your own equipment, and have done so for 30+ years. I work for an engineering and manufacturing company and know first hand that this really does influence the final product. As I mentioned, there are so many systems out there. When you ask the hard question that they don’t want to answer, you find out some outsource just about every aspect of the system then put there sticker on it and sell it cheaply. It is safe to say LifeSource was by far the most expensive system I researched, but I feel in this case the quality is worth the extra cost, as well as it should be a viable system with little to no maintenance for a long time….which other cheaper systems don’t offer.
3. We absolutely did not want a salt and RO system. We wanted maintenance free….and for a long period of time. When you have that wish list, there aren’t many companies left besides LifeSource…at least that I found :-)

I had a salt, soft water system before life source which worked fine. However, I have high blood pressure and heard that the salt water softeners aren't good for the condition. Sometimes I would taste salt in the water, even with the filters. I was searching for something different and came upon Life Source. I have had it only a few weeks and so far am very pleased with it. We built our house four years ago. After going through three water systems we finally found our answer to dirty dishes and spotted glasses. No more buying sacks of salt or potassium, we are both in our eighty's and carrying the sacks is becoming a problem.

It is so nice to be able to go to any tap in the house and get a glass of refreshing pure water. Our water was so hard and left such an after taste we had to filter our drinking water over night before we drank it. The shower heads clogged up and the tiles on the walls had to be wiped down after each shower. But the worst part of using the shower was the floor. The floor is small river rock and each time you showered you had to take a towel and wipe the water off the floor then take some bottle distilled water, pour it on the floor and wipe it dry so it wouldn't discolor the rocks with minerals.
The representatives, Brian and Griff,for Life Source were very professional and courteous. Brian explained the system and how it would work. Then took pictures of where the system would go and where the water lines were at. He shared them with Griff, the plumber, and he knew all about the layout before he got here. Griff explained every step he took and how we should take care of the system.
We could not be happier with our water system, or the service we received from Life Source.
